CARDIO
Rowing is one of the most efficient cardio workouts, utilizing 85% of your muscles and burning 600-800 calories per hour. Additionally, it is low-impact & friendly for all fitness levels, which is why rowing is at the core of our fitness method. It also doesn't hurt that it's just plain fun.
STRENGTH
In our classes, you'll be working every muscle group, both on and off the rower. The benefit? Stronger bones, a faster metabolism... and feeling like a warrior.
MOBILITY
Through our mobility exercises off the rower, you'll decrease muscle tension & risk of injury while increasing circulation. We aim to undo whatever happens at your 9-5 desk job.
